You must be 21 or older to attend any event and must be 18 or older to visit the website. You must carry I.D. to all events and will be ask to show it at the door. You must be single and available. i-love-speed-dating.com does not do back ground checks on any participant. You must agree that this is your sole responsibility to check the marital, criminal or otherwise background of other participants. i-love-speed-dating.com's responsibility is to give you a venue to introduce yourself to other people but does not guarantee the results of a future date. i-love-speed-dating.com does not give out any information put on our website. All information is for our use... see our Privacy Act. i-love-speed-dating.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen or left behind property at any event. You are responsible for your own items and propertyand we suggest only bringing your I.D., some money, and your car keys. You agree that you will use i-love-speed-dating.com in a lawfully and ethically manner. You will abide by our copyright of material and will not download or copy any material from our website. i-love-speed-dating.com is not responsible for any injury or distress occurred at any event - including the adventurous dates. You agree to participate at your own risk! i-love-speed-dating.com has different "groups" of speed dating events that are (or could be) based on age, race, sexual orientation, ect. These are guidelines that make everyone more comfortable but are not "set in stone". Meaning that we do not block anyone from attending an event that you're comfortablewith. You have the right to attend the event of your choice. We reserve the right to "price specials" or discounts to anyone we want to give them to. i-love-speed-dating.com reserves the right to refuse registration to an event or to cancel the reservation to an events of anyone for any reason whatsoever.If you pay for a seat at speed dating and we cancel you... you will receive a refund. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a gift certificate. Gift certificates are non-refundable for any reason. i-love-speed-dating.com reserves the right to cancel an event and you will be immediately notified and offered a refund. It is very unlikely that an eventwill be canceled. A replacement Host or a change of date (rescheduled event) would most likely happen instead. If an event is rescheduled (moved to another date), you agree to attend a new event. No refund will be offered. You will have the opportunity to transfer your "seat" to a friend upon our approval.Please contact us immediately. If you need to cancel for an event you must give i-love-speed-dating.com three (3) days notice so that we may offer someone on the waiting list a seat. Then youwill have the opportunity to reschedule your event. You also have the right to give your seat to a friend with a twelve (12) hour notice to i-love-speed-dating.comto insure we have their information on our event list. No monetary refund will be offered. You agree to defend and hold harmless i-love-speed-dating.com, its host, employees and or assistants, venues, or any third party for losses, damage, costs, liabilitiesand/or expenses (including attorneys' fees) relating to or arising from your use of our website or speed dating services (including events). You agree that in case ofany damage of any nature to you, our sole liability will be equal to or lesser to the price of the event seat that you purchased. You must agree to this entire Terms of Use to use our website and/or register for our speed dating events.
