You are guaranteed to have dates with 5 singles and could have as many as 12 dates...depending on how many people sign up. * How long is each date? Each date will last 5 or 6 minutes depending on how many people are at an event. ...let me give you some examples...let's say there are 5 men and 5 women (the least amount possible) then you would have 5 dates lasting 6 minutes but if there are 12 men and 12 women then you would have 12 dates lasting 5 minutes. * What if not enough singles sign up? If not enough singles sign up then the event will be rescheduled and you will receive a credit for another event of your choice. * What should I wear and what should I bring? You should wear whatever makes you comfortable; it is a casual atmosphere. You will need your I.D. and possibly money for drinks. * What questions should I ask? Try not to be repetitive... Go to sample questions. * How long can I expect to be there? You can arrive 15 minutes early and you can stay and mingle for about 30 minutes after the speed dating is complete. Depending on how many singles are there... I would plan on 2 to 2 1/2 hours. * When and how will I know who wants to see me again? As the evening flows along... the host will casually gather date cards (these are the cards that you will write your e-mail on for the singles you want to contact you for a date) and as you check out (leave the event) you will receive the cards of all the singles that gave you their e-mail. No waiting!! You find out that evening! * Do I have to sign up in the category of my age or interest group? No - but do stay close to your age or interest group so that everyone is comfortable.
